Meetings

Meetings are typically held at our Leeds office, but we can accommodate meetings at your home upon request.

We don’t have our own parking, but there is plenty of parking nearby. Leed’s train station’s Short Stay car park is just across the road. We have compiled detailed information about local parking and prices in this document (click here to view).

Advice

Yes. As independent Financial Planners, our obligation is to you, not the product provider. We strongly believe being independent helps us deliver the best outcomes for our clients.

Yes, we are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). You can find our entry on the FCA register by clicking here.

If Andrew is on annual leave, we have a locum in place so that, if a client has an emergency, they can still receive advice.

Fees

Initial meetings are conducted at our own expense and without obligation.

We charge an initial fee up front to provide clients with research, recommendations and advice. If you wish to proceed with our plan’s strategy, we charge an implementation fee. Costs will depend on the complexity of your situation, the nature of the advice and the time involved to create and implement your plan.

We only receive commission on mortgages and protection-based products.

VAT is payable on our initial fees, as a client may not implement our advice or choose to implement our advice themselves.
